Shipping policy

Your order will be dispatched by Pawty Co within 3 working days of receiving it, unless it is a personalized item, in which case please allow 10 working days for your order to be dispatched.

A flat rate of $14AUD for standard domestic shipping and $18AUD for express domestic shipping applies. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $90 AUD, and free express shipping for orders over $150AUD.

International Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Your item(s) will be sent via Australia Post or Sendle within Australia. Any delays to shipping once dispatched are out of our control and we will not be responsible for any delays that your item may encounter.
